Commercial Insurance Producer

100% Remote

The Coyle Group is seeking experienced, driven, growth-minded commercial insurance producers with grit to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, qualifying, and filling their pipeline with new opportunities daily.  In addition, this producer will also receive a flow of inbound leads from our digital channels weekly to work with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: We believe consistent cold outreach and cultivating a database of leads are critical to individual success.
  • Pipeline Management: Following up and nurturing via our advanced CRM as well as timely follow-up of inbound leads we receive daily.  Keeping up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Sales Process: Discovery, rapport building, pain identification, etc. are all parts of a successful sales process which we will customize for you to execute.
  • Collaboration: No successful person is an island.  Collaboration with our service team, our marketing/placement specialist, and the agency principal are keys to success.  Lone Wolves don’t cut it here, so attendance and participation in weekly team meetings and sales meetings are required.
  • Staying Informed: Good producers stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presence on social media that’s positive and influential.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • True North Compass – strong moral ethic to do the right thing.
  • GRIT – The mental and physical fitness to break through plateaus, and difficult situations and get things done.
